Visiting the Mighty Mo'
To help commemorate the inaugural arrival of the Mighty Mo', Steve Fisher sailed to the northshore of Molokai and met the " U.S.S. Missouri", on her tow by tug to Pearl Harbor. After a lengthy battle with the state of Washington over her future, Hawaii became her new retirement home. According to Fisher,"I was the first craft to meet her in Hawaiian waters.
